Successful Case Studies in Business Process Outsourcing

In the early days, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) usually consisted of particular outsourcing processes such as payroll. It has now grown to encompass a number of functions that are considered ‘non-core’ to the primary business strategy.

BPO contract counts are up to an all-time high and last year, the majority of BPO functions met or exceeded their five-year TCV averages with contract centers, multi-process and industry-specific functions leading the way.

This event will focus on sharing best practice through the presentation of some of the most recent and successful BPO case studies.
