Steering Committee on Consulting the Public When Outsourcing Justice Underhill’s comments in the landmark judicial review of the One Barnet outsourcing project has confirmed the need for an industry-wide benchmark on levels of public consultation. We invite our members to contribute to NOA on guidance engaging public stakeholders – the aim is an industry consensus on who, how, and crucially, when, to consult.
