More and more companies are offshoring to Eastern Europe and South East Asia. I’m interested to know where people think companies will move to next? I’ve heard quite a lot of talk about Africa (particuarly South Africa) and even North Korea (!) but I’m interested to hear what others think…

After.. India, china and Philippines I think you heard correct most of the companies are looking forward to move to south Africa as well as Korea.

But due to language problem… I dont think so they can pull the market…

We’ve been seeing a lot of activity from Sri Lanka. Hopefully, with the war now at an end, the country will be able to resolve its domestic issues and once again push forward as the excellent offshoring destination it is.

Interestingly seeing a lot more from Kenya now too - and with new fibre going in in early summer to address the communications infrastructure, I think this could be a real destination to watch.
